Staff and rooms were very good and I enjoyed that the place was clean. Plenty of options for breakfast including yoghourt, eggs, fruit and pastries. No complaint, thank you for a great stay.

Incredible service, well-kept place. Very central location, not too far away from a 1500s cathedral. Amazing view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. Hotel was tidy, the staff was brilliant.

Good sized, modern room with parking just on-site. The restaurant had hot food. We could see garden from our window. Enjoyable base for exploring Merida👍
